'made at mac' is a recent ongoing exhibition at mac birmingham. It is to exhibit and celebrate the work that the learners on the courses at mac make. The previous exhibition was displaying the work made by Jewellery students and the current exhibition is showcasing the Textiles students.
I really enjoyed this exhibition as textiles is so rarely celebrated or exhibited. (however I have recently read about one coming soon called nine women which I may look into!)
I am particularly interested as I have been playing with the idea of mixing drawings and sewing for some new work.
The tutor, Emma Jackson, regularly exhibits and joins craft exhibitions. Clearly she has inspired the class greatly as there is some terrific work! My faves are:

Veronica Hills
Annette Reyburn
